As many of our products are personalized and made to order, please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for order processing

  • Additional time may be required during peak seasons or holidays

Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: 10–15 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

Please allow 1–3 days for tracking information to update.


5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact us if you need assistance

We will do our best to help, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
